Updates on Our New Computer System
□ Week of February 13:
A new pre-search limit has been added to the new Enterprise "Everything" drop-down limit list: Music CDs.
□ Week of January 16:
More search limits have been added on the "Everything" drop-down menu. You can now also limit searches to:
Children's only, DVDs only, Teen only, Adult only, Large Print only, Audiobooks only and Picture Books only.
Text messages (SMS) for hold alerts are starting to go out daily. Currently they are set to go out at 11:30 AM.
The wording for automatic phone calls has been shortened for your convienience.
The mobile version of the Enterprise catalog, BookMyne for Android 3.0.1 has been released. This update contains some
fixes. (for a full list of fixes and known issues please click here.)
□ Week of January 9:
We now have the ability to link family members into user groups for item holds only. This helps to release holds when
family members pick up each others items.
The following changes to the Enterprise Catalog have been implemented:
□ The terminology used within the media search results have been made more user friendly:
for example, "Physical Video Media" is now "DVDs, Blu-Rays, VHS".
□ Search limits are found in the drop-down box on the search bar where the default visible is "Everything". You can
now set limits to whichever library's website you are searching from and select "that library only". You can now
also limit your search and select the option "DVDs Only".
□ Week of January 2:
The mobile version of our new Enterprise Catalog, BookMyne, is now available for iOS (iPhones, iPads, and iPods) and
Android. Find the app in iTunes or Android Market. Please take a look at the User Guides for Android and iOS and check
it out!
□ Week of December 26:
Pre-Overdue notices are once again being emailed. (Within the past couple of weeks into the migration you may have
noticed you were not receiving these notifications.)
