How to Obtain a Card

 

 All residents of the Clarkstown Central School District (except New City and Congers)

may obtain a card from the West Nyack Free Library by presenting:

 

□ A valid New York State license with a current address in our district, or

□ A voter's registration card from the town of Clarkstown, or

□ Utility bills from different companies indicating the current address.

 (Credit Card bills are not acceptable.)
