The purpose of the Friends of the West Nyack Library is to support promote and encourage the use of the library. 

Activities of the group have included:

• books sales
• sponsorship of book discussions
• sponsorship of children's and adult programs
• a Winter Solstice tea
• Summer and holiday food tasting and recipe exchange
• fundraising which has provided money for our flagpole, audio-visual shelving unit, young adult area furniture, garden furniture, and picture book area furniture

If you wish to renew your membership or would like to become a Friend of the Library, please pick up an application at the front desk of the library.
